Pål has 28 years of experience including strong background from the financial markets, working for SEB Enskilda and DNB Markets (now DNB Carnegie). He served as CFO and Head of Financial Investments in GC Rieber AS from 2008 to 2023. During this time, he also held several other positions including being board member in associated companies. He is former CEO in Scana ASA and has served as board member/chairman of the board in both listed and private companies within shipping, real estate, industry and venture/seed capital. He is currently board member in Borea Asset Management and holds an Executive MBA in Finance from NHH.

Olav Refvik started his career at Statoil in 1981 after graduating from NHH in Bergen. He moved to London and later to New York to start up their refined product business in Europe and Americas. In 1991 Olav was hired by Morgan Stanley. He built their global oil liquid business into a premier global franchise for the firm. He worked extensively with the Japanese marked and gained valuable experience in doing business there. He understands very well the business culture of Japan, has a valuable Japanese network and had business dealings with most Japanese trading houses. Upon retiring from Morgan Stanley Olav has pursued different roles in the energy business space. Today he resides in Florida and actively manages his family business, including an Oslo office focusing on commodity trading and European investment management.

Nicolas Lucciarini is an international business leader with experience across Europe, the Americas and Asia, combining strategy, investment and operational expertise. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and spent seven years at The Boston Consulting Group in Norway, progressing from Consultant to Partner and advising clients on corporate strategy, M&A, digital transformation and performance improvement. He subsequently worked at Daimyo Management AS, a Norwegian investment company, before establishing himself as an independent consultant and investor based in Andorra, following investments across sectors including packaging, software and technology. Nicolas brings board experience from Norwegian companies, including as Chairman of Placepoint AS, a Norwegian proptech company.

Siri Vike has 26 years experience with fish farming and fish health, through companies such as EWOS, Mainstream Chile, Cermaq, PHARMAQ Analytiq and Zoetis. Currently Director of Fish Health and Welfare at Ovum AS. Holds a master in fish health from University of Tromsø and a PhD from Chilean fish farming.

Extensive experience from the financial sector, including senior manager positions at Oslo Børs, Carnegie Kapitalforvaltning, Orkla and Norsk Hydro. Previous member of the Norwegian Corporate Governance Board (NUES) and CICERO Climate Finance Advisory Board. Holds an MSc in International Accounting and Finance from LSE and an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from NHH.
